Title: Front 242's Emulator II
Post by: dvdborn on October 31, 2011, 03:23:44 AM
Yesterday I was at Sinner's Day (http://www.sinnersday.com (http://www.sinnersday.com)). A festival that takes please each year in my home town. This year Front 242 were celebrating their 30 years of existence.

To my suprise I saw a beaten up EII at their merchandise boot. I asked the guy standing behind the boot about it. Seems he was Patrick Codenys' brother and he told me that they were selling the EII.

It's the one and only EII that Front used for their their albums and concerts in the 80s and early 90s. Unfortunately it didn't work anymore.

However some guy from the UK already bought it for 1500 euro. A bit too pricey for me considering it's broken but it does have a historic value.

Looks like it's been in an attic for several years, shame. Only a fan boy would pay that for it, let's hope it's brought back to its former glory.

I know this is old post, but was wondering - were there any disks with banks being sold as well? )
