I don't think those files are quiet the same. I'm thinking about the service manuals that includes:

Schematics, Introduction / Features, Specifications, Controls, Functions & Theory of Operation, Test Procedures, Technical Circuit Descriptions, Troubleshooting Guide / Fault Diagnosis, Calibration / Alignment Instructions, Assembly / Disassembly Guide, Block Diagram / Signal Flow, Parts List

The files you mention can also be downloaded at emulatorarchive.
