I'm having an EII power supply problem that I have not encountered before.  The transformer buzzes and no voltages out when the unit is cold and concurrently no boot.  There is still high voltage up to the FET, but the high frequency loop is elusive to trouble shoot.  At room temperature everything works fine and voltages are correct.  Unreliable cable harness had been bypassed already with leads soldered directly to the board.  The resistor change mod at R103 has been done.  I'm considering goosing the 5 volt rail to 5.2 volts but am hesitant to tamper with the "do not adjust" pot.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Mender
