You can test bad ram by goint to : master 8-0-1-3-5-8 menu.

In case of bad Ram, take a note of the adress of the ram.
Take the microcontroler board out (the one with the memory SIMMs.
Take the SIMMs away, REMEMBER wich SIMM goes where, rub the SIMM contacts with a soft pen eraser gum, wipe away the dust, and put the SIMMS back but swapping them by halves. For example, if there are 8 SIMMS, 1 to 8, instead of putting them back in order, 1 to 8, put them back by swapping. 1 to 4 will go to 5 to 8, and 4 to 8, will go to 1 to 4.
This will allow to know, if the error message is the same, taht the SIMM is not in cause, because if the message told SIMM 3 faulty, wich becomes SIMM 7 faulty, you will know its really the SIMM !
