Hey anyone got any ideas? as soon as i send a midi signal to this XP it crashes and all is frozen?Huh It's lucky i have another Wink but id need to get this one back up and running any suggestions are greatly appreciated

My EIIIxs is doing the same thing!
I used to beta at emu. As I remember it might be one of the following

1. MIDI Loop out to in or thru to in
2. Oxidized ribbin cables
3. PSU Voltage bad
4. Corrupt firmware
5. Corrupt or incompatible version of OS with firmware
6. Bad RAM

Now i wish someone smart out there like David or Dave or Kevin might tell us how to set up the PSU or diagnose the problem!

Mine sometimes just locks up with all the lights on. Takes 6 to 7 power cycles to boot.
Then when booted, i load the banks. Then MIDI locks OS
