I'm sure this will be a pretty easily-answered question. I know the EMAX I and II both take 3.5″ DSDD floppies, which need to be formatted by the machine to be used. I was wondering exactly what the formatting process entails before diving in, mostly so I don't accidentally format the OS disk like a chump. Thanks.

enable write protection on your os floppy - and you will be fine
