I'm looking for the specs for the rack screws, the little ones that hold the case together and they recess into the metal.

Where are you located ? USA, Europe ?
If USA, you will find them almost in any Radio-Shack or hardware shop.

The OEM screws are Black Oxide Grade 4.8 M3-1.0X10 flat head machine screw. 

We sell them in a kit suitable for the EMAX, EMAX II, E3X
