Is it possible to convert with emxp or any other software samples from eII or emax into sp1200 format? Specialy for those who have hxc drive on sp1200.

I don't think so, definitely not out-of-the-box with EMXP.
Maybe older Mac software could do this ?
As a workaround you could consider extracting WAV files from EII or Emax banks in EMXP and then transfer them in one or another way via MIDI to the SP1200 and save them on the SD card. But I didn't try this method and it's certainly not a "smooth workflow" :-)

If I ever succeed in buying an SP1200 at a acceptable price, I'll consider to add support for SP1200 in EMXP. But that won't help you in the short term of course...
