potentiometers is ok , measured by an ohmmeter in main board ( see picture ).
The volume is the same - does not respond to slider "VOLUME".
The slider "DATA" also does not respond.
Everything else is ok.
How to fix the problem ?

follow it on to 'octal buffer' that is the only thing between the pot/encoders to the CPU
