Hello, and thanks for reading. My first post on this great website.
I know it's dedicated to the E-mu samplers, but I believe that my new sampler is compatible ( I hope? )

I just purchased an E-mu esi-2000 sampler. Also bought an NEC Multispin 4xe cd scsi drive and an Adaptec 2940 UW scsi pci card to goto into my computer running XP.

Are there any other e-mu / esi users out there that can give me any hints, advice, tricks on using this sampler?

Where do you go to get sample floppies? CD's, zip disks?

Is it good to get a used ZIP drive off eBay?

I know...lots of questions, but I have never used a sampler before and it all seems quite complicated!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Brian
