Title: Are all OS 3.1 disks the same?
Post by: rtech on October 22, 2010, 03:15:41 PM
I have an EII+ HD currently on OS 2.6. I have someone that can provide me with the copy of OS 3.1, but he has an EII + only. Will it work with my HD version? Is there a difference in the OS for an EII+ and EII+ HD?

thanks,

rtech

Small chance.
The OS 3.1 HD is mentioned as a seperate OS besides OS 3.1

I hope we'll have all OS versions online downloadable soon.
With the HxC and Kryoflux it will finally be possible to make EII bootable disk images ourselves (even disks themselves with Kryoflux)

I was reading the info on Kryoflux, but as I recall reading it does not support writing back the image to a floppy disk. esynthesist, will you implement the Image write on your software?

As far as I understand this is planned for the (near ?) future...
