Title: EIIIXP RAM
Post by: waterfrontstudios on January 06, 2009, 02:53:23 PM
Hi All,

I recently bought an EIIIXP which had the disk boot problem mentioned elsewhere on this site.  I thought it would be an easy fix, but no.

I think the disk boot problem can be fixed easily by someone who already owns an EIIIXP, simply by inserting a disk formatted on another EIIIXP.

Failing that, elsewhere on this site there is a method of creating a boot disk. Trouble is, I don't have a floppy drive, and USB floppy drives won't work with the software that creates the disk image.

So I'm auctioning my EIIIXP on eBay with no reserve. There is someone out there that will be able to use mine for parts, or even get it going.
