Hello,

Thank you very much for your response.

Of course, i've not put the OS in the same floppy that the OS .... Wink

As you said, i've done correctly the format process as you describe... but when i put the floppy into the EIII,  it says : " booting from floppy" first ...but doesn't stay in the floppy... it continues to check the SCSI and finally boot on the HD ...

Strange , no ??

oups ... i mean "Of course, i've not put the SOUND  in the same floppy that the OS ...."   Grin Grin

 ok ...that was the floppy driver which was faulty... Smiley
