Title: Emulator ll on ebay
Post by: seamonkey on July 28, 2011, 01:32:58 PM
Not mine, but I was shocked when I first saw the photograph.
To me it's just not right to change the color of the beloved blue beast. :(
Thoughts?

When I saw it, I thought it looked like someone made it out of white chocolate and how it was incredibly fugly. And then I saw that it was coming from my hometown which I still currently live in. Great. . .

Only in Spokane. Seriously.

I've seen several synths painted white by Forat, a JD8000 and I believe a Roland V-Synth used on a Madonna tour, and they actually looked pretty cool.
It's funny how often I read remarks saying the Ell is an ugly beast. I think it looks great.
I had an Andromeda and a lot of people think it's interface looks ugly too....guess different strokes for different folks. :D

Welcome to the forum btw, and glad to read you got your Emax up and working.
I should be getting mine some time next week. :)
