Does anyone know if it's possible get a hold of the memory upgrade from 4 to 8 meg, somewhere in the world??

Heard about a 3 part dealer, in usa?

Hi dm,

If you want to upgrade your EIII to 8MB then you have to upgrade the memory simms from 4MB to 8MB. But, you also have to change some PAL chips so that the EIII recognizes the 8MB.

Finding the memory upgrade isn't so hard. You can order the simms at http://www.memoryx.com (8 x 1MB) or you could pull some old 1MB simms out of old Apple computers.

Finding the PAL chips is another story. I bought mine from Synthmaster.de on ebay.

I would love some contact info for Synthmaster.  I need those PAL chips!
