Title: Looking for an effect Stompbox which simulates a "Master-Tune" - Slider Post by: Elmbeatz on March 02, 2009, 08:20:13 AM Hi Folks!
Maybe anyone knows something which fits my description: I'm looking for a stompbox, with which I can pitch/tune the incoming signal (+/- a semitone or full tone). That's all. Do you have any suggestions? Lots of greetings, Elm. I'm really talking about FINE-tuning though.. (like the Master Tune Slider of the EII) Any suggestions? Is it for the DPX?
When MIDI is also possible, then you can take a programmable Controllerbox were you can route the limited(*) Pitch-Bend Signal to a Fader/Poti. *) "Limited" means the fader makes over the whole range only few pitch-steps,then it's similar to "fine-tune" (=no bending effect) Title: Re: Looking for an effect Stompbox which simulates a "Master-Tune" - Slider Post by: Elmbeatz on March 03, 2009, 03:28:25 AM is it a MUST to handle only audio, or could be also done over MIDI? Well, it sort of IS for the dpx, but of course this would be cool for any instrument / audio signal. Thing is, that the presets loaded into the dpx would have to be set up with the correct parameters concerning pitch bend information, wouldn't it? |
