external scsi connected cf card readers. :) This package consists of a SCSI Card Reader/Writer, PCMCIA Compact Flash Adapter, 1GB Compact Flash, SCSI Cable and a/c Power Cable. It allows you to save samples to Compact Flash on 2 separate SCSI ID's. Of course, this is much faster and more efficient than floppy discs and blows the zip drives away in terms of reliability and noise because the only moving part is the cooling fan. (The fan can be safely disconnected if the slight whirring noise is an issue.) You will never want to use zip drives again thank you for your help Title: Re: scsi to cf Post by: dvdborn on March 07, 2009, 05:40:32 AM Right, I thought you meant an internal CF-card solution.
The Spyrus RD300 MCDISK-2 would fit the bill. I've never tried them myself. David |
