my EII Filter Cutoffs are not working - all eight. When I put Q to the max. the volume is reduced (as usual). Do you think I should check IC87 first (4051 Multilplexer Filter Select) ? Can it be that when this chip is defective that cutoff is at maximum for all eight filters? Should I buy 74HC or 74HTC? What else could it be? As it is all 8 filtes, it seems to be not a voice-problem.
