I've contacted numerous people that potentially have a 100% valid ISO (BIN/CUE) or the original CD to make one, but to no avail. I have the working portion of the CD available if you're interested in that, but I don't think all 504 banks are going to see the light of day until I can personally find and purchase a physical CD for a price that isn't prohibitive.
