first post here so apologies if this has been asked already, I tried searching but didn't find much. I have an Emax 1 SD with a floppy drive and was wondering if it was possible to directly, send patches to the memory via EMXP and MIDI. The manual is a bit confusing about this... Otherwise is there an easy way of getting new patches on the Emax (without the SD drive floppy)? Thanks a lot! But individual samples (audio/WAV files) can be transferred by means of MIDI. This is a constraint of the Emax operating system. RS422 is supported by EMXP but you'll need to build or acquire an EmuSer USB-RS422 interface, and the Emax will have to run at least the SE version of the operating system.
