Title: SD card storage in 2022?
Post by: arnoldorodeo on December 24, 2021, 06:48:28 AM
Hi members,
I would need a reliable solution for replacing my zip 100.
Few days before 2022 now , what are the best brands/models nowadays for storing samples in my beloved EIII XP? Thinking of course of SD readers ...
I would also wish something not too complicated to mount into !
Merry  Xmas to all of you !
Arnold

Hi

I use a scsi2sd V6 solution. The card gives me 7 id's on one card to store banks on. You can also use the V5 card which gives you 4 id's.

An older and now obsolete solution is the FuzinMonster card which has 1 id. Maybe you can find the card second hand on Ebay.

Best regards Brian

Many thanks for your answers Brian 👍
For a reason that I ignore notification has been stored in spams.
Seems like SCSI2SD V6 is hard to find ! Out of stock in many dealers on the net ...
