He doesn't respond to email or voicemails. Who else is actively selling EII samples right now on floppies? Title: Re: Northstar..... I think I called them a couple times a week for three weeks before anyone returned my calls. But once I got them on the phone, the order shipped promptly. I also had some technical issues with the disk at first, and they were incredibly helpful with troubleshooting. Nice guys.
