Title: Emulator issue - again :-) Post by: 12bit on March 02, 2012, 12:51:01 PM Hi all.
So I finally managed to get the old girl up and running again a few days ago after a good clean and run-through. It needed it as some of the buttons didn't work and needed to be replaced. So it worked like never before (since I got it that is) and I could sample, load, save and what have you. But ... Today when I fired her up - nothing. I can hear the PSU is running, and the floppy drive makes the usual 'I am alive' sound, but no LEDs or anything lights up. I tried to reseat some of the IC's on the CPU board, the momory IC's but still nothing. I think I will try to exchange the Z80 with the one on my SP12, but does any of you have kind of the same experience ? Any ideas or information that can point me in ANY direction will be welcome :-) Best; Kenneth 12bit.com |
