ive been trying to get emax sound banks from my pc to emxp is it possible to do cant drag or paste ?

Hello have you copied the emaxII banks in the images directory of emxp?

In that format are EmaxII banks eb2 or ez2?

they are eb2 form but the problem is emxp how do i transfer file to emxp you cant drag them over ive put them on cd it says wrong format and tryed files to zip still the same how do you get emxp to see files?

Like Vitosky says, all (image) files for EMXP *MUST* be located in the \Images subfolder of the EMXP folder.
So you at least have to copy or move the EB2 files to that location.
Then, EMXP will see the files when choosing option 1 -> 1
I recommend to read the EMXP manual: the answer on all your questions are clearly explained in there.
Including how to make cdrom/zip images, how to copy EB2 files to these cdrom/zip images etc etc
