Title: Mac 6200 Performa working with Sound Designer and EII?
Post by: lunatic on July 27, 2012, 01:49:48 AM
Hey Everybody, i need a Mac to work with my EII. I can get a Performa 6200 for free but don't know if it's worth the effort to go and pick it up, if it won't work anyways. I know it is not on the compatibility list. Has anyone successfully tested this?

Does it have separate Modem and Printer Serial ports?.. I seem to remember some of the Performer models having a single combined port to save costs

I've tried, but it doesn't seem to work. I have burnt the CD in Joliet mode and i could read it with the performa. I have unpacked the .bin file with stuffit but SD doesn't start. It says sth. is missing. I'll get a Mac SE soon...
