Title: Blank library disk for HXC floppy emulator
Post by: siliconscientist on January 06, 2015, 08:37:07 AM
Hello all!
I've just acquired an Emulator II with an HXC floppy emulator installed. An SD card with sounds was included but they are all on performance disks and I couldn't find a single disk image of a EmuII library disk on the web. My humble question: Is there's anybody in this forum who could supply me with a blank library disk image so that I can start collecting voices?
Thanks a lot in advance!
Stefan

Thanks a lot for your reply and a happy new year to you as well!

That's the big collection, isn't it? (I'm on the road at the moment and I don't want to risk that my mobile phone starts downloading 100s of MB...  ;) ). That one consists entirely of "performance disks" (i.e. the disk on which finished presets are stored) - what I need is a "library disk" on which I can save raw samples for new presets...
I have been able to generate a library disk on a real diskette in drive 2 but sadly it's impossible to copy from drive 2 to drive 1 and I don't have the technical knowledge to disassemble the EmuII and switch the HXC to drive 2 temporarily...
