OK, don't seem to be getting anywhere with my request for Optical Media CD ROMs, so I'm changing to plan B.

I desperately need orchestra/violin/cello etc CD ROMs for my E111XP - of any description & make. Any help to point me in the right direction would be deeply appreciated.

Yours hopefully...

Hi,

I am not sure what you mean by the "audio sample" CDs, but the sounds you desperatedly need for your EIII are - for example - on the original E-mu EIII factory sound library, especially the Volumes 1 - 3. (Vol.1 - Emulator Standards, Vol.2 - More Standards, Vol.3 - Orchestral, Vol. 4 - Sound FX, Vol. 5 - World Instruments, Vol 6.- World Percussion, Vol. 7 Vintage, Vol. 8 Classics)).

These CD-ROMs are not hard to locate (even originals).

(If you would like the originals, I have Volumes 1 - 6 for sale).

Thanks for replying,

Yes, CD-ROMs is what I meant.

Actually volumes 3 to 6 I already have.
But do 1 & 2 have any orchestral sounds - cellos/violins/violas?

Primarily it's the Optical Media Factory Sounds CD ROMs I'm missing the most.
The orchestra samples on these we're my bread & butter.

Thanks for your help...

yes, both the Volumes 1 and 2 contain the cellos/violins/violas.

full arco strings, sec violin trills, solo violin, stereo strings (Vol. 1)

arc spicc celli, arco violas, celli major trills, celli minor trills, marcato strings, pizz strings, solo viola, ster arco celli (Vol. 2)

Vol. 1 and 2 are complement to Vol.3 (Orchestral)

Excellent, so how do I go about purchasing them from you? I'm in the UK.

Best wishes
