Which 2764 eproms best for buring the Main and Scanner

Hi All,
Thinking about picking up an Eprom burner but was wondering which eproms are best suited for using for the Main and Scanner eproms?
So 2764 obviously but what speed 150ns?
There seems to be several options on Mouser to choose from.
Anyone have a preferred supplier and part number?

It appeared to be a generic brand but it works flawlessly.

My EII+HD had Main v2.5 and Scanner v3.0 when I bought it. I removed the hard drive and burned the new EPROMS with Main v2.3 and Scanner v3.1.
