greetings I have the opposite problem, my main outs works BUT all my individual outputs nothing comes out and I know I have I dont have anything disabled (no X's showing in the menu)

would the solution be the same as well? changing out the cable? respect!

Other solution,change the Op Amp.
It worked for me, never had any Main Output voice dropouts since.
