I was having issues with dead voices.  I read on this forum that S3528 can cause this problem.  As suggested, I first tried cleaning the contacts, but that did not work.  Next, I tried replacing S3528 with S3528B chips for the two voices that were dead.  So far, it appears to have worked.  I will update this thread if I find otherwise.

One bit of advice that may seem obvious, be careful not to count the voices from left to right when looking at the PCBs and the EII facing you.  Instead, count from right to left with voice 8 being the one furthest to the left.  Again, pretty obvious, but I almost replaced the chips for the wrong voices.
