Here are some reviews:

EIII Keyb:

EIII Rack:
Sanyo (60218)
Brushless
DC Mini Ace 25

DC 12V 0,07A
As for replacement: use a silent 80mm fan. It should have the same airflow ca 40M
3/H = aprox 23.00 SCFM and also look at power consumption!
My pick at this moment would be the Sharkoon Silent eagle 2000. It uses 1,44 watts as to 1 watts by the original, but is more silent. Don't go for "Open structures" like "Frameless".
http://www.sharkoon.com/html/produkte/luefter/silent_eagle/index_en.htmlI wonder if it could hurt to slow down the speed, in order to get more silence. I've done this in many computers. However, the EIII has no temp monitor. Any thoughts on this?
Anyone who has replaced the fans already, please share your info.
Regards,
Peter.
