EIIIxs locks up on boot all lights on

Hello,
My EIIIxs just took a dump
1. Have to boot it 6 to 7 times for it to boot.
2. 7 out of ten times boots to SCSI then all lights on and display with garbage
3. When it  does boot it says i have no memory installed (128) installed other boots Reseated memory still shows up no memory
4. Sometimes boots fine SCSI-2 Quantum Fireball Loads banks then locks up when midi sent

I took it apart re-seated ribbons, RAM, vacuumed dust. Boards look emaculate and brand new!
Just replacing display now with New haven OLED (Problem existed before decided to start replacing stuff)

Any help would be awesome, or a post for service manual.
Does the PSU adjust meant work on EIIIxs's?
5.05 on Yellow?

5,05V on yellow, take the PSU away and resolder the power supply connector underneath
