Hi, have the opportunity to buy a working 2212 (2 meg stereo sampling keyboard).

It has a hard drive fitted inside it which 'is not connected up'. I didn't think it was even possible to fit a hard drive to one. Is it? If it is are there any instructions. Or is t simply not worth it. These things are getting old now and I'm not sure it's worth the hassle.

Is it possible to upgrade the memory as well? I doubt it:-( but I thought I'd ask..

You can use a HD floppy  with right down corner hole covered. Use EMXP software and voilĂ ....System Loading!

Link to Emax yahoo group. File OS 2.14 in EMX format:

It's possible, but the memory expansion is very hard to find.

So it's not only a question of adding memory ics but adding an expansion board to the emax.
