to burn an e3 cd rom with nero 12

I have converted all the omi samples on a e3 format and i try to make  cd-roms...but i  could'nt remember how i could do that with my nero 12...I made on april and i don't remember how....
I choose cd-rom (iso) in nero burning rom but the cd is recognized as an e 3 but no samples...i put in the bank with emxp. I choose the 501 size image and put the bank in the image and change the ez3 in iso...
do you habe an idea ?
