SE Update

Hi All

I recently purchased 2 Emax 's.
1 is an SE, it does not power on.any help on this is appreciated.
the other is OS 3.2.

What files do I need to Update to SE, and where can I find them?
And, is it really worth the update?

I would heck the voltages on the power supply.  As for the SE update, I remember coming up with some interesting sounds, but it takes forever.  Check the EMXP site for OS images.
