Hey Guys, I just wanted to let you all know that you CAN run SD in OS9.
All I did was partition the HD on the Mac and install 7.53 on one small partition and leave OS9 on the other half. Then all you need to do is open the 7.53 partition in OS9, find the SD folder in it and create an alias for it.
Then drag that alias from the 7.53 drive onto your OS9 desktop, rename it to whatever you want and presto!
You can use SD in OS9. Colour and everything.
I should mention that you need to install SD onto the System Folder in 7.53 before you can make an alias.
It works great for me on my Power PC 6100. I even got it hooked up to a 19" LCD screen. I am pretty happy about it.
I should also mention that version 7.53 is free from Apple and can be further upgraded for free also.
Unfortunately, OS9 is not free, but I just may be able to 'help' with that if you need.
