For what it's worth, I've never had problems with Richard at EPR. I called him just the other week to order a replacement Emax power supply, and the unit was in my hands within a couple days.

Well.

My experience with EPR is not really good either.

I once ordered a C key for my Emulator II.

When it arrived after a couple of weeks it was not for the Emulator II but the Emulator III.

He refused to take it back (no refunds he said).

What's with that? What did I do wrong?

I will never shop there again.
