Tell us more about the noise.  Have you isolated your EII?  In other words, made sure it isn't in a signal chain with effects.

Hi, the noise is scratching and rustling, you can here a little bit the normal Sound, it's realy strange, i can play normal with the emulator, all other things work perfectly. It starts normal, It loads the disks normal, and so on...

I found out when I start the machine, it takes 10-20 min it sounds normal o.O the normal "Bass Synth Sound" coming out, could it be due to a broken capacitor, resistor or insulator ?

Did you recently acquire the EII?  Has it been moved recently?

In my experience, lots of problems can be traced to power supply issues, faulty chip seating, or bad chips.  Have you had the power supply checked?
