can someone tell me what kind of material
is used for the EMAX Keybord penel?

Lexan polycarbonate decals/stickers are often used for that sort of thing. I'm not 100% sure that's what the original is made of, but if you're looking to recreate them then it wouldn't be a bad place to start.
