How do I make iso's from 7z files? Please help me

Many iso's in the collection are broken into 7z files and I can't find a way to make a reconized iso from these files. I'm going crazy.

Just unzip it with a 7z unpacker

well it does not work, but i suspect that the guy who put up a lot of iso's in 7zip format has done it a wrong way. Take a look at

Super Strings Special Edition.7z.001 to 003

and Vol.17 Heavy Guitars.7z.001 to 002


if you can tell me how to make thm into a readable iso i would be very grateful

(these two are just examples amongst more)

Also: What iso burner do you use?  Some images have cue files  and other extra files . Sorry but I'm new at burning non pc native iso's
