Hi

I'm about to install a SCSI sd card reader in an Emax rack but when disconnecting the floppydrive the unit does not boot up because of the floppy seek.

Is it possible to install a jumper on the floppy connnector in order to bypass the floppy seek like on the later E4 line of samplers?

If not, are there any other solutions to use the Emax without a connected floppydrive?

Best regards

By inserting af jumper on pin 25-26 on the floppy connector (just like on the Emax II) the Emax bypasses the floppy seek on boot up :-)

Best regards
