Yo.
OK, I finally got the C/F drive to boot.

Here is what I found.


Firstly, I followed all the Admin's instructions and parts guide.
To the letter.

So the purpose of this post is this:
I was able to (finally) get both C/F cards to format and be able to read and write.

It took at least 8 times to get this far.

So. The verdict.


RECALIBRATE YOUR PSU before undertaking this mod.


I can not emphasize this enough.

The PSU voltage is KEY to this operation. I tried time and time again before setting the PSU, and got nothing than failed results.
So very glad all is working now.
I have had many beers this evening, so THANKS to all that advised, and forgive my poor grammar at this time.
Just SOOOOO stoked that it is FINALLY working as I wanted.
