ANyone have sample CDs for the ESI 4000 range

Hello EMU friends,
I do dealer tech support for the current range of products in germany, we have a dealer who in turn has a customer who is desperately looking for the following CDS for his ESI 4000:

Formula 4000 vol. 1-5
EIII vol 1-10
E-MU state of the art vol 1 and 2

Even though it doesnt fall into the category "current product" I would like to help him get some life out of his sampler, maybe someone here can upload some content to me, I will gladly share it in future with further tech support requests or people from this forum.
