Emax SE Plus Loading Bank Issue

Hi everyone.
I'm having issues with my Emax SE Plus.
It loads the banks from the zip 100 just fine.
However after playing and switching banks for 5-10 minutes it freezes up when I try to load another bank on the zip.
It just sits with the Loading Bank message on the screen.
I have to shut the Emax off and let it sit for a few, then start it up and it loads banks again for a little while and then freezes up again.

I thought it might be a bad Zip Drive, so I switched it out with the one I use with my EII and it does the same thing.
I also tried different zip disks and also have the same problem.

I'm using OS 1.0 Plus in the floppy when using the zip drive.

Any suggestions?

Ok, here's the latest update.
I found another floppy disk with the Plus OS 1.0 on it and installed it when firing up the Zip 100.
So far no issues with the Zip Drive freezing up when loading other banks on the zip disk.
