Hello.

Can someone recommend a good repair person for a few things on an E3k?

I live in Pittsburgh but there's no one here who can help me with this..

The unit has already been to 3 wave music, and it didn't come back to me for two years, and the work was nothing to be really happy about, so anyone else would be great!

Many thanks.

What's wrong with it ? I've been the E-Mu service manager for France during 12 years and Europe for three other years.
Just be organized and specific in the problem description.
If you have a good PC repair guy around or even TV's, its will be okay !
You can even contact a PC association in your city. Its really like a computer, but instead of displaying, it makes sound. The principle is the same.

Hello, Doctor.

Technically, there's really only the display issue with the OLED, and my vision is not up to scratch with soldering, etc.. and my buddy who is very technically minded, really doesn't want to mess around with a vintage synth.

I'd love any work done by people who know what they're doing, and I'd like a CF card installed, and I have no idea how to do that either.

I'm just very nervous, even attempting to go near this machine with a screwdriver.

Well, try to find a hobbyist club or a "real" TV or PC service center, or tech, it will be okay !

CF card, just rush if you want to buy one, cheap, see there :
