Where I can find of the samples or the library to freeware download?
Possibly on floppy disks format!!!

I'm not sure about the availability of EIIIx banks online, but, you can import Emax II and Akai S1000 banks from floppy directly into the EIIIx. There are definitely Emax II banks available. This might be a good first place to start. EMXP utilities can help you out. Just Google EMXP.

EiiiXP/S can not load samples from the floppy disk.
