I recently dug out my EII from the basement and am trying to get it working.  I bought the unit new and have had power supply problems from the beginning.  Is there a way to either replace the power supply board or re build it?  My units serial number is 720.

Try to contact with this guys: http://www.ebay.com/usr/abstrakt_instruments?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2754
They used to make a new PSU for E-II - i bought one from them and all the problems are gone.

If no luck - try to re-solder old PSU, also helps in some cases.

I have reached out to him.  I don't think they are available anymore.

You could just get a Mean Well RT-85C and then use a couple of buck converters to step down the power for the +12V and +13.2V lines.
