Thanks to the thread below, I removed each card, cleaned the contacts, gently pressed on each of the socketed chips, reseated the cards in the card cage,  and carefully reconnected the ribbon cables.  The EIII then jumped back to life

Now all I have left is the Preset Management LED still doesn't work!   Roll Eyes
